If standards aren’t met
If an installer we matched you with fails to meet these standards, tell us. Email standards@findfitter.co.uk with your quote reference and the issue. We take complaints seriously β installers repeatedly falling short are removed from the network.
For install-quality issues, your primary route is the FENSA insurance-backed warranty that comes with every certified installation. The FENSA dispute resolution process is free and binding on their registered installers.
